2024 Comunitat Valenciana Grand Prix Tickets Refunds

Due to the tragic DANA that devastated a large part of the province of Valencia last October 29, Circuit Ricardo Tormo and Dorna were forced to cancel the celebration of the Motul Grand Prix of Valencia.

There are two options for fans who bought their tickets through the Circuit Ricardo Tormo official channels, through the website or at the ticket offices.

  • Keep the tickets for the Grand Prix 2025. For this you don’t have to do anything, just keep your ticket which will be valid on November 14, 15 and 16, 2025, no paperwork is required.
  • Request the refund of your tickets. To do so, please fill in this form with the information we ask you to provide so that we can refund your money. You have a place until December 31st.

If you purchased your tickets on the Circuit website, you can request the return of your ticket by clicking on the “Refund digital tickets” button.

You must make a request for each of the purchases you made.

Refund Paper Tickets

If you bought your paper tickets at the circuit’s ticket offices, you have to go to “Refund tickets from the ticket office” to return them.

For the refund you have to provide the graphic evidence of the ticket in image format (JPG or PDF).

To ask for refund of tickets you have to enter a purchase reference number that appears on the ticket, to help you locate it you can use the examples below.

  • La devolución será integra de todas las entradas que componen la compra, no es posible la devolución parcial.
  • El importe será devuelto a la tarjeta / cuenta con la que se realizó el pago.

Fill in the fields on the form to request your refund, remember to have the purchase reference, which you will find on the tickets.

The refund will be for all the tickets that make up the purchase, partial refunds are not possible.
The amount will be refunded to the card/account with which the payment was made.

Devolución entradas compradas en taquilla

Rellena todos los campos del formulario para poder realizar tu solicitud de devolución, recuerda tener a mano el localizador de la compra y las entradas físicas para poder digitalizarlas y enviarlas.

  • La devolución será UNICAMENTE de las entradas que se adjunte en las imágenes cargadas.
  • El importe será devuelto en la cuenta bancaria que se indique en el formulario adjunto.

The refund will ONLY be for the tickets you upload in the images.
